Another reminder about our AGM ON TUESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER (7pm) at the New Holmwood Hotel. This is an important meeting to receive reports, vote for the coming season’s Committee and to discuss and vote on proposals for changes to next season. Please not the deadline for nominations for Committee Members or Proposals must be with me, in writing, by 7pm on Tuesday 23rd September.
We desperately need help on Thursday morning (25th) from 9.30am to 12 noon, to take up all the ditch mats to clean them & stack them by the side of the clubhouse.
Finally, there is no Club Night on Thursday evening, as members have told me that they will be practising indoors in preparation for the oncoming season.
