Hi Folks
Another successful day today with 14 people coming along to have a go at bowls. Thank you to everyone who helped out again today by looking after and coaching them. It is enjoyable but hard work to do this for 3 hours!
We have now gained 6 additional members but I am hopeful that there will be another 6 or 7 who will join as they have taken forms and seem very keen to continue. There are quite a few who show promise already and could play in our league teams with a little more practice.
Thank you also to all those who circulated the flyers around the houses, put adverts in the local papers and put the news out on your personal & local Facebook pages. Having asked our visitors they mentioned that they had seen these adverts & noticed our banners in the park.
CLUB NIGHT!
We are starting our regular Club Nights this coming Thursday at 5.30/6pm for anyone to come along for a roll-up. Some of our new members will be there so come along to meet them and join in a game with them.
